This is advanced certificate program for all coffee professionals.

The week is split into 3 days trainings for exams and 3 days of actual tests.

The program of lectures and exams is based on SCA standards and protocols.

There are 19 tests, focused on sensory analysis: defect standards for green grading and sample roast , cupping protocol and triangulation for 4 coffee origins, identification basic tastes, aromas and organic acids. One written test is scheduled on Saturday and followed by few hours for optional retakes.
